Desserts are loved by any family. Making a bird's milk cake, without baking, is just a godsend for people who do not have an oven at hand.

- gelatin -30 g,
- cocoa powder - 4 tablespoons,
- cow's milk - 200 ml,
- sour cream - 400 g,
- mascarpone cheese - 250 g,
- cream 10-15% - 150 ml,
Instructions
Step 1
Soak 10 grams of gelatin in a glass of cold water, let it swell. Mix four tablespoons of sugar with cocoa powder. Once the gelatin is infused, combine it with the cocoa-sugar mixture. Heat this mass, but do not boil.
Step 2
Lubricate a cake mold, preferably silicone, grease with oil, pour the dissolved gelatin mixture into it. Then put the workpiece in the cold, for solidification, for 20-25 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the rest of the gelatin with milk, stir, leave for 20-30 minutes. Using a blender, whisk the cheese, cream, sour cream and sugar in a separate container. The whipped mass should have a thick consistency.
Step 4
Heat the swollen gelatin until dissolved, pour it into the milk mass. Continue to work with the mixer at this time. After mixing everything thoroughly, leave the mass for 7-10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the chocolate pan from the refrigerator. Spread an even white layer on top, put it back in the refrigerator to solidify.
Step 6
Turn the finished cake onto the prepared dish. Carefully remove the form from it. Cut the product into portions, serve.
