Step 1
In order to make canned cherry tomatoes for the winter, there are many different recipes. This recipe is simple and affordable. Prepare canning jars for tomatoes. Rinse them and pour boiling water over them. Wash the cherry tomatoes and prick them with a sharp object.
Step 2
Cut the greens and place them on the bottom of the jar. Wash the bell pepper, cut it into quarters. Wash hot peppers and cut into small strollers. Place one part bell pepper and one bitter pepper in each jar. Place the cherry tomatoes in the jars. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes. Wrap for twenty minutes. Then drain the water.
Step 3
In the meantime, prepare the tomato pickle. Pour three liters of water into a saucepan, add salt and sugar according to the recipe. After the water boils, pour a glass of 6% vinegar into a saucepan. Let the marinade simmer and pour over the tomato jars. Roll up the cans with lids, turn over and wrap until they cool completely.
