Green beans salad with celery

To prepare this recipe for asparagus beans, take:

  • celery root - 400 g;
  • green beans - 200 g;
  • onions - 4 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. spoons;
  • tomato puree - 1 glass;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.;
  • salt to taste;
  • sugar - 1 tsp;
  • vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • greens - a small bunch.

Peel the side veins from the green beans, cut off the ends and cut into pieces. Cook until tender. Boil the celery root until half cooked and cut into cubes. Prepare the sauce: sauté the chopped onion in vegetable oil, add tomato puree, spices, a little water and vinegar. Cool the sauce. Pour them over the beans and celery. Add chopped greens and mix everything. Soak the salad for 3-4 hours before serving.

Lamb with green beans

The dish of lamb brisket and tender beans is very satisfying. To prepare it, you will need:

  • lamb brisket - 1 kg;
  • green beans - 800 g;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • celery root - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • egg - 2 pcs.;
  • parsley;
  • vegetable oil for frying;
  • butter - 1 tbsp l.;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse the lamb, cover with hot water, add salt, peeled and chopped onions, carrots, celery, parsley and leave to cook until tender. Remove the meat from the broth, separate it from the bones, place it under the load and leave to cool.

Remove the side veins from the bean pods, put in a saucepan, pour the broth obtained after boiling the lamb. Simmer until tender.

Cut the meat into slices. Moisten each of them in a beaten egg, bread in flour and fry in boiling vegetable oil.

Put a piece of butter, finely chopped parsley in the beans. Place the vegetables in the middle of a deep dish, and place the meat around the edges.

Multicooker Stewed Asparagus Bean Recipe

This food is prepared quickly. Within 20 minutes after the start of cooking, you can taste the best green beans dish, for which you will need the following ingredients:

  • green beans (fresh or frozen) - 0.5 kg;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • red bell pepper - 1 pc.;
  • tomato - 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • salt, pepper and aromatic herbs to taste;
  • garlic - 3 cloves.

Rinse fresh beans and remove stubborn streaks. Cut into small pieces. If the beans are frozen, wash them under running cold water and let the moisture drain (you do not need to defrost the vegetable). Prepare the rest of the vegetables. Cut the onion into thin half rings, chop the bell pepper, cut the tomato into cubes and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Saute the onions and carrots in a slow cooker for 5-7 minutes, then add the bell peppers and tomato slices and fry for another 5-6 minutes. Then put the green beans and set the simmer on the multicooker for 10 minutes. When the vegetables are ready, season them with aromatic spices (you can use a mixture of Provencal or Italian herbs), add black pepper and salt. Pass the garlic through a press and put in a dish. Simmer everything together for another 5 minutes and serve.
