Step 1
Prepare the legs. Rinse well, if you like to eat chicken in small pieces, cut them in half, separating the thigh from the leg. Sprinkle with spices to your liking. You can make garlic-mayonnaise sauce. Mix finely chopped garlic with mayonnaise, seasoned with salt and pepper. However, as a rule, the microwave does not give a hard crust, so remove the container with legs several times during cooking from the oven and drain off the excess liquid.

If you want to free up time for yourself, for example, for preparing a side dish, cook the legs in the microwave without any sauce.
Peel a few cloves of garlic. Garlic is a common seasoning for chicken and gives chicken meat a unique flavor. You can cut the garlic cloves into halves and, making small incisions in the skin in several places, stuff the legs.
Step 3
Place the legs in a fireproof dish. If there is a grill mode, place the cookware with chicken legs on the special delivery. If there is a "convection" mode, use it - you should get a good tasty crust. If there are no such modes, just calculate the time it will take to cook the legs in the microwave. On average, with a power of about 700 watts, it will take 30 minutes to cook a kilogram of chicken. One large leg weighs about 350-400 grams. After calculating the time, start the stove.
Step 4
You have some time to prepare the side dish. Chicken legs are a fairly hearty dish; any vegetable salad is quite suitable for it. Wash two medium tomatoes, one large cucumber, half a red Yalta onion and a few lettuce leaves. Chop vegetables coarsely, season with salt and drizzle with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Look into the glass of the microwave. If you see that liquid from the chicken has accumulated in the container, remove the bowl from the stove and drain the unnecessary water and fat. This will help create a tasty crust on the legs. During the cooking of the legs, you should check the dish two or three times in this way.
