It is necessary

  • Pork with onions and apples:
  • - 1 kg of lean pork;
  • - 3 medium-sized onions;
  • - 3 ripe sweet and sour apples;
  • - olive oil for frying;
  • - ground red pepper;
  • - salt.
  • Pork schnitzels with mushrooms:
  • - 800 g of lean pork (2 schnitzels, 400 g each);
  • - 1 small onion;
  • - 400 g of boiled mushrooms;
  • - 0.5 teaspoon of dried basil;
  • - 3 tomatoes;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - salt;
  • - freshly ground black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Pork with onions and apples

Cut the meat into thin cubes. Heat the olive oil in a deep skillet, add the pork and fry, stirring with a wooden spatula. When the meat is browned, sprinkle it with salt and ground red pepper, add a little water and cook for another 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the onion into thick rings. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut the fruits into circles. Put the onion in the meat, and after another 10 minutes - the apples. Mix everything, cover and simmer until tender. Serve the pork on preheated bowls.

Step 3

Pork schnitzels with mushrooms

Peel the onion, chop very finely and mix with dried basil, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Rinse the schnitzels and pat dry with a paper towel, then rub the meat with the onion mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the pork on both sides until golden brown. Remove the schnitzels from the pan, place on a plate and heat.

Step 4

Scald the tomatoes with boiling water, remove the skin. Finely chop one and a half tomatoes and simmer in a pan in which the schnitzels were fried. Season the tomatoes with pepper and salt. Cut the pre-boiled mushrooms into thin slices and brown them in a separate skillet. Cut the remaining tomatoes into circles and lightly fry too.

Step 5

Place the schnitzels on the tomato slices and cover with hot mushrooms. Sprinkle each piece of pork with freshly made tomato sauce and serve with fresh cereal bread or ciabatta slices.
