Pork is an easily digestible meat. It contains a large amount of B vitamins, as well as protein and the amino acid lysine, which is essential for the formation of bones. Pork can be fried, stewed, boiled, baked in the oven, and its sweetish taste goes well with products unusual for meat dishes.

- For Pork Marinated Beer:
- 1 kg of meat;
- 2 glasses of beer;
- a glass of apple cider vinegar;
- 2 tablespoons pitted raisins

- 20 g smoked bacon;
- 2 cups cream
- cloves;
- peppercorns;
- salt.
- For "Noble Pork":
- 500 g pork;
- 150 g canned pineapple;
- 50 g of hard cheese;
- vegetable oil;
- lettuce leaves.
- For the Bechamel sauce:
- 3 tablespoons of butter;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 2 glasses of milk;
- salt;
- ground black pepper.
- For pineapple sauce:
- 150 g pineapple;
- 8 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
- 2 tablespoons flour;
- 2 tablespoons of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
"Pork marinated with beer"
Wash the meat well, clean it from films and fat. Then dry it.
Step 2
Wash the raisins, pour boiling water over, let it brew for 10 minutes and discard in a colander.
Step 3
Mix beer with apple cider vinegar, add raisins, cloves, salt, pepper, pour the prepared meat with the resulting marinade and refrigerate for a day.
Step 4
After 24 hours, remove the meat from the marinade and dry, and strain the marinade.
Step 5
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Cut the bacon into small cubes and melt in a deep skillet or saucepan. Put the onion and meat in the melted bacon and fry until the pork is golden brown.
Step 7
Pour in the strained marinade, cover the pan or saucepan with a lid and simmer the pork for an hour and a half.
Step 8
When the meat is tender, remove and cut into portions.
Step 9
In the sauce remaining after stewing, add the cream of pepper, salt and mix well.
Step 10
Place the pork on a platter and top with the sauce. Serve boiled or fried potatoes as a side dish.

"Noble Pork"
Rinse the pork loin well, dry, cut into portions and beat with a wooden mallet to a thickness of 4-5 mm.

Pour a little oil into the pan, heat and fry the meat on both sides until half cooked.

Gently cut the pineapple rings into thin half rings. Grate the cheese.

Make béchamel sauce.
To do this: heat the milk in a saucepan, but do not boil it. In a skillet over low heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter, add flour to it and stir thoroughly. Then start pouring in warm milk in small portions, stirring well so that no lumps form. Bring the sauce to a boil and, stirring continuously, cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add pieces of remaining butter.

Grease a baking dish with butter, put fried pork, on each piece of meat, put half a pineapple ring, pour everything with béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and put in an oven preheated to 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
Step 16
Make pineapple sauce. To do this: put butter in a frying pan, melt and lightly fry the flour in it. Cut the pineapples into small cubes and add to the flour. Then pour in pineapple juice, add granulated sugar, mix everything well and boil for 3 minutes.
Step 17
Cover the dish with lettuce leaves, top with pineapple sauce, and top with portions of pork. In addition to the Noble Pork, fresh fruit can be served.
