Terrin is originally from France. It can be made with almost any ingredient, but the most sophisticated option is with shrimp.
It is necessary
- For 8 servings:
- - 700 g cod fillet;
- - 6 eggs;
- - 500 g of king prawns;
- - 2 small tomatoes;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 tsp dried basil;
- - 4 tablespoons olive oil;
- - salt pepper.

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the garlic and onion, chop finely. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes for 1 minute, then remove the skin, cut the pulp into small cubes.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Saute the garlic and onion until tender. Add tomatoes and dried basil to the skillet. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until all moisture has evaporated. Finely chop the parsley leaves and add to the vegetables. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Step 3
Peel the shrimp and remove the heads. Set a few shrimp aside. They will be used later. Finely chop the rest of the shrimp.
Step 4
Grind fish fillets in a blender and mix with chopped shrimps, eggs and stewed vegetables, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Place the minced meat in an ovenproof dish covered with cooking paper. Place the remaining shrimp on top, sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil on top. Place the terrine in a preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes. Cool the finished dish, and then leave in the refrigerator for several hours. Remove from the mold and slice.
