There are two weeks left until Easter and you need to think over the menu for the festive table in advance. Prepare a yeast wreath - these pastries will decorate your table at Easter. The wreath itself can be decorated with sugar syrup and bright pastry sprinkles to create a festive mood at the table.

- For ten servings:
- - 500 g of wheat flour;
- - 250 g frozen cherries;
- - 240 ml of milk;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 egg yolk;
- - 15 g of sesame, poppy;
- - 12 g dry yeast.
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve dry yeast in warm milk, add salt and sugar. Set aside - the yeast should dissolve.

Sift flour into a bowl, add butter, egg, milk with yeast. Knead the dough. Cover it with a damp towel, put it away in a warm place.
Step 3
Defrost cherries, rinse, let the juice drain. Soak the poppy seeds in cold water. Fry the sesame seeds a little in a dry skillet.
Step 4
Place the dough that has come up on the table, greased with vegetable oil. Divide into 3 parts, roll each into a sausage. Sprinkle the first with sesame seeds, the second with poppy seeds, and add the cherry to the third. Weave a pigtail out of the sausages.

Grease a baking dish with butter, put a pigtail in it.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake the wreath for 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the product with a wooden toothpick. You can decorate the wreath at your discretion.
