The most favorite and most delicious dishes are prepared for the New Year's table. Most often, housewives use recipes for unusual salads, such as "Malachite Bracelet", "Harmony of Taste" or similar in originality. New Year's salads are most often multicomponent and rather laborious.

The salad, the recipe for which is given below, can compete with dignity with its counterparts for the right to show off on the festive table.

Harmony of taste salad

This is a multi-layered dish, very high in calories, but incredibly tasty. To prepare it, you will need the following ingredients:

- pitted olives - 200-250 g;

- Dutch cheese - 300 g;

- champignons - 300 g;

- onions - 1 pc.;

- chicken fillet - 300 g;

- fresh cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.;

- mayonnaise - 200 g;

- vegetable oil - 50 ml;

- ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp;

- salt - to taste;

- parsley.

First, prepare vegetables and mushrooms, namely, start with onions, peel and rinse them, then give the onions time to dry. Cut the dried onion into small cubes. Fresh cucumbers also need to be washed and dried in advance, and then cut into medium pieces. Separate 150 grams from the total mass of olives and cut them into half rings. Wipe the mushrooms with a damp cloth and then cut each mushroom into 6-8 pieces.

Prepare a frying pan for frying vegetables, pour oil into it and save the chopped onions. When the onions are translucent, add the chopped mushrooms to the pan and fry until tender.

Rinse the chicken fillet well, place in a saucepan with salted water and cook the fillet until tender. At the end of cooking, add ground black pepper to the saucepan. Remove the boiled chicken fillet from the pan, let it cool, then cut the meat into small cubes (you can use thin strips). Grate the Dutch cheese in a separate container on a grater with medium holes.

Choose a large salad dish. Start putting the prepared foods on the dish in layers: a layer of olives, then a layer of mushrooms fried with onions, the next layer should be from fresh cucumbers, then a layer of chicken fillet. Put the cheese shavings in the last layer. When laying out each layer, coat it generously with mayonnaise, add ground pepper and salt if desired. Do not cover the last cheese layer with dressing.

After spreading over the salad, send the dish to the refrigerator to soak and cool for a couple of hours. Decorate the ready-made "Harmony of Taste" salad with whole olives, parsley and serve for the New Year's table.

Another salad recipe ready to compete for the title of New Year's dish. It harmoniously combines vegetables and fruits.

Malachite bracelet salad

To prepare this culinary delight, you will need:

- hard cheese - 150 g;

- mayonnaise - 200 g;

- raisins - 100 g;

- walnuts (peeled and crushed) - 100 g;

- carrots - 2 pcs.;

- garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs.;

- kiwi - 2 pcs.;

- eggs - 3 pcs.;

- salt to taste.

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, remove the shell and then chop. Rinse the carrots, boil, then cool. Peel and cut into small cubes. Peel the kiwi fruit from the rough skin, then cut into beautiful cubes. Cut the hard cheese into coarse shavings on a grater. Peel the garlic cloves, rinse and dilute with a press. Steam the raisins in boiling water, 20 minutes is enough for this procedure. Chop the walnuts, peel and chop into small pieces.

Now combine the following salad ingredients for dressing: grated cheese, steamed raisins, chopped garlic, and chopped walnuts. Season the mixture with mayonnaise and mix again.

Take a party salad dish, place a glass in the center of the dish and arrange all layers of salad around the glass. Place the layers in the following order: carrots, a layer of prepared dressing, a layer of boiled eggs, again a layer of dressing. Place the kiwi cubes in the last layer. At the end of laying out the salad layers, carefully remove the glass and place the dish with the Malachite Bracelet salad in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours.
