The next step is to prepare vegetables. Tomatoes are cut into circles, and bell peppers are cut into strips, after having cleaned it of seeds. Finely chop the onions, and knead the feta cheese with a fork.

Put green lettuce leaves on a plate. Chopped tomatoes, peppers and onions are laid on top of them. Next, sprinkle the salad with feta cheese, spread the chicken fillet in a heap, add salt and pour over with mayonnaise.

To prepare the salad you will need:

500 g chicken fillet, 2 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 100 g feta cheese, 1 onion, green lettuce, salt, mayonnaise, vegetable oil, black pepper.

Chicken fillet and pomegranate salad

Chicken fillet is cooked over low heat until cooked. It is then cut into small pieces and placed in a salad bowl.

The following ingredients are prepared separately. Walnuts are peeled and chopped. Finely chop the onions and chop the caraway seeds. Next, mix them together with the addition of wine sauce, garlic powder and salt. The whole mixture is poured into a bowl of chicken fillet and mixed thoroughly.

The pomegranate is cut and the grains are separated. Sprinkle the salad in a bowl with these grains and put it in the refrigerator for a while to cool. After one hour, it can already be served on the table.

600 g chicken fillet, 200 g walnuts, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. l. wine vinegar, salt to taste, ½ tsp. garlic powder, 3 tsp. caraway seeds, 1 pomegranate.
