It's hard to meet people who don't like sweets like candy at all. Chocolate bars, colorful candies, puffed bird milk and other sweets with incredibly tasty jam, cream and other fillings cannot leave anyone indifferent.
How to make chocolates
Ingredients:
- 100 g of butter;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of honey;
- 100 g of shortbread cookies;
- 100 g of walnuts;
- 100 g milk chocolate.
It is necessary to put the pan in a water bath, having previously put butter in it. After the butter has melted, add honey to it and stir. Grind cookies and nuts, put them in a saucepan and remove from heat. Allow the mass to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for one hour.
As soon as the allotted time has passed, take out the mass and form balls, then dip each piece into pre-melted chocolate and leave to cool. Homemade chocolates are ready.
How to make "Rafaello"
Ingredients:
- one can of condensed milk;
- a glass of almonds;
- 200 g of coconut flakes;
- 100 g of fresh butter.
Butter must be kneaded with a fork and mixed with condensed milk. After that, add 100 g of coconut to the mass and mix everything again to get a homogeneous mass. If the mass is too liquid, then you can add a little milk powder to it. The next stage is the formation of the sweets themselves.
You need to take a small piece of this creamy coconut mixture, roll a ball out of it and place one nut inside. After that, roll the candy in the coconut flakes. Make the rest of the candies in the same way, then put them in the refrigerator for an hour or two so that they cool.
