First, we start the dough.
Take a small saucepan and pour 1 glass of water into it, at room temperature. Pour yeast, salt, sugar into it. Stir everything thoroughly until dissolved. Pour the flour passed through a sieve and knead the dough. Lubricate it with oil. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place.

We set the beef liver to cook in pre-salted water. To make the liver well cooked, cut a piece into several small ones, but do not try to grind it.
