Chicken tabaka is considered a Caucasian dish. The carcass was prepared in a special frying pan, which had a special lid. This household utensil was called "topaka". This word has undergone a change and eventually began to sound like "tobacco". Hence the name of the dish, which turns out to be very, very appetizing.
It is necessary
- - chicken 1 pc. (weighing 500-700 g)
- - garlic 2 cloves

- - salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
The chicken must be rinsed well beforehand, if there are remains of feathers somewhere - remove everything. Dry the carcass.
Step 2
Slice the chicken along the breast and place on a cutting board. Use a kitchen hammer to beat off the meat well on both sides. Particular attention should be paid to the joints. Ultimately, the carcass should be as flat as possible.
Step 3
Pass the garlic through a press. Rub the chicken with prepared garlic, salt and pepper. Leave the meat to brew under the influence of spices for 30 minutes.
Step 4
The cooking process requires a deep frying pan and a small amount of vegetable oil. We spread the chicken. To make it roast well and fit snugly to the bottom, you need to put some kind of weight on it. A pot of water works well. Fry one side for 15-20 minutes until an appetizing crust appears, then turn the carcass over and fry the other side for the same amount of time.
Step 5
Chicken tobacco is best served with potatoes and light vegetable salad.
