Probably, few people will refuse the offer "to go or go to barbecue". Fresh air, good weather, a fire, tasty meat, sonorous children's laughter, pleasant company. What could be better than this? For a treat, pork cooked according to a Czech recipe with a glass of beer is suitable.
It is necessary
- - 2 kg of pork neck,
- - 1 teaspoon of ground ginger,
- - 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper.
- - 1 teaspoon of paprika,
- - 1 teaspoon of ground coriander,
- - salt to taste,
- - 2 onions,
- - 1 lemon,
- - 1 liter of unfiltered beer (preferably "Kozel").
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the pork well, dry, cut into pieces (size to taste).
Step 2
Cut the peeled onions into medium-sized rings (the onions will be fried with the meat, so you do not need to cut very thinly). Rinse the lemon, cut into medium rings (needed for marinade and frying).
Step 3
In a saucepan or a bowl of meat, add spices according to the list, onion and lemon rings, pour over with beer. Stir well and place in a cool place for about an hour and a half.
Step 4
After an hour and a half, light some coals or a fire.
Step 5
Remove the meat and skewer it along with the onion and lemon rings (alternate as you see fit). Place the meat skewer on the grill and cook for about 20 minutes. Turn over and water over with beer periodically. Lemon combined with beer gives the barbecue an unforgettable taste. Transfer the prepared kebab to a wide dish, garnish with fresh herbs, cherry tomatoes and serve with chilled unfiltered beer.
