- Zucchini - 500 grams
- Peeled garlic - 10 cloves
- Wheat flour - 120 grams
- Mayonnaise - 50 grams
- Vegetable oil - 95 grams
- Eggs - 2 pieces

1. Peel the courgettes, then cut into even circles.
2. Add salt to the zucchini, then dip the mugs in beaten eggs and roll in flour.
