The first step is to take and sift the flour. Sprinkle sugar in it. Next, chop butter into small pieces and carefully grind all these ingredients. Then add the lemon zest and mix the entire consistency.

Then add chicken eggs and warm milk to the dough. Mix thoroughly and roll the dough into one ball. Next, put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Let's prepare the filling. To do this, wash the almonds and dip them in powdered sugar. We spread the nuts on a baking sheet, pre-oiled with vegetable oil, and send them to the oven for 10 minutes. Then take out the nuts and put them to cool.

We take the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it out. Take a special baking dish or regular baking sheet and grease it with oil. Place the rolled dough in it. Place in the oven for 10 minutes. While the crust is fried, cut the bananas into rounds.

When the dough turns brown, remove it from the oven, brush with boiled condensed milk and lay out the chopped bananas. Then whip the cream with instant coffee and vanilla. Pour the resulting cream over the whole dish with bananas. Then put the dish in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to set the cream.
