This cake will be highly appreciated by lovers of everything banana: the taste of the overseas fruit in the dessert is gently emphasized by condensed milk, and a delicate cloud of butter cream gives the sweetness a special lightness!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 100 g soft butter;
- - 175 g of cottage cheese;
- - 1, 5 Art. l. Sahara;
- - 175 g flour.
- For filling:
- - 2 bananas;
- - Juice of 1 lemon;
- - 140 g of boiled condensed milk.
- For the cream:
- - 100 g mascarpone cheese;
- - 200 g sour cream 25%;
- - 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- - 0.5 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions
Step 1
The dough should be made in advance. In a mixer with a special dough attachment (it resembles a guitar in shape) we mix cottage cheese, softened butter and sugar. Then, little by little, we begin to add flour. Stir until a soft and elastic dough forms, which will collect around the nozzle. We roll it into a ball, wrap it in foil and send it overnight in the cold.
Step 2
In the morning we roll out in accordance with the size of our shape, taking into account the fact that we will still need to form the sides. After winding the dough on a rolling pin, put it in a greased form, if necessary, cut off the excess and prick it in several places with a fork (otherwise it will swell up during baking).
Step 3
Then we put a piece of baking paper on it, on which we spread the beans (it will serve as a load for us). We send for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, then remove the beans and paper and bake for another 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
Step 4
Beat the cooled sour cream. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until sugar dissolves. Put the mascarpone in a separate bowl, add a little sour cream and sugar and beat until smooth. Then carefully, in several steps, combine both mixtures. Mix thoroughly, preferably with a mixer.
Step 5
For the filling, cut the bananas into small slices and drizzle with lemon juice. Pour the cooled base with condensed milk, put a banana on top. Cover everything with a layer of cream and send it to the refrigerator for a day. Bon Appetit!
