    • For a quick test:
    • 1 tbsp. flour;
    • 1 tsp baking powder;
    • 100 g butter;
    • 1 tbsp. Sahara;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 1/2 tsp salt.
    • For yeast dough:
    • 1 cup milk;
    • 2 eggs;
    • 70 g butter;
    • a bag of yeast;
    • 500 g flour;
    • 4 tablespoons Sahara;
    • 1 tsp salt.
    • For filling:
    • 2 tbsp. blueberries;
    • 2 tbsp Sahara.

Instructions

Step 1

Make pie dough. You can use a ready-made semi-finished product, but the homemade version will be much tastier. Try making a quick dough. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Soften the butter at room temperature, mash it with eggs and sugar. Then add flour to the mixture and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for about half an hour and start rolling.

Step 2

If you have time, make a yeast dough. Dissolve fresh or dry yeast in warm milk, add the butter previously melted on a hotplate to the same. Break eggs into the mixture, add sugar and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Gradually, in 1-2 tablespoons, add flour to the dough, stirring thoroughly so that no lumps form. The dough should be firm and firm. Then cover the container with a towel and place in a warm place for 2-3 hours. Periodically, the mass will need to be mixed. For the cake to be fluffy, the dough must rise at least three times.

Step 3

Prepare the filling. Rinse the berries in running water and pat dry on a towel. Then mix the blueberries and sugar in equal proportions. In this case, the berries should not be rubbed, they should remain intact. Divide the dough into two unequal parts. Roll out the large one and place in a greased form, wrapping the edges in the form of bumpers. Place the blueberries and sugar in a mold and flatten. Roll out the rest of the dough and cut into narrow strips. Lay them on top of the berries with a wire rack. Let the cake stand for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place the pie in there and bake for about half an hour. Readiness should be determined by test. Gently pierce it with a wooden splinter. If it stays dry, the cake is ready.

Step 5

The pie can be served both hot and cold. Top off the portion with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or pour over the dessert with a sweet sauce made from sour cream, whipped with sugar.
