Instructions
Step 1
Make curd dough. Mix flour with salt and sugar. Chop chilled butter finely, add cottage cheese.
Step 2
Combine butter and curd with flour mixture, chop in a food processor or with a knife into small crumbs. Shake the egg with a fork.
Step 3
Mix half of the egg mass with milk and refrigerate. Mix the remaining egg with water and gradually pour into the flour and butter dough.
Step 4
Stir until smooth. Form a ball out of it, cover with cling film and refrigerate for one hour. Roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm and place in a round dish with a diameter of 23 cm.
Step 5
Stick with a fork, trim off any uneven edges. Place in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Cut out stars from the scraps of dough for decoration.
Step 6
Wash the blueberries. Finely chop the butter and gently mix it with the rest of the filling ingredients so as not to damage the berries.
Step 7
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Put the filling in a mold with a prepared base and decorate with asterisks. Brush the dough with the egg and milk mixture.
