EL-Leil EL-Lubnaniya is translated from Arabic as "Lebanese nights". The main ingredients of this dessert are semolina and cream. In Eastern countries, semolina desserts are often prepared. There is no flour in the “Lebanese Nights” delicacy.

- - 3 glasses of milk
- - 150 g semolina
- - pistachios
- - honey
- - 400 ml cream
- - 4 drops of orange oil

Step 1
Combine semolina and 4 drops of orange oil. Mix everything well and see that there are no lumps.
Step 2
Put on low heat, stirring occasionally, let it boil. A porridge should form.
Step 3
Add 150 ml of cream, mix everything and transfer to a glass dish. Smooth over the surface and leave to cool for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4
Whisk 250 ml of the cream and place on top of the semolina. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and refrigerate for about 2-4 hours.
Step 5
Cut into portions and top with honey. The honey will give the dessert a sweet taste.
