- - 250 g medium-sized couscous;
- - 450 ml of plain water;
- - 4 things. red tomatoes;
- - 20 g of fresh parsley greens;
- - 1 PC. lemon;
- - 2 g of black ground pepper;
- - 2 g of red ground pepper;
- - 2 g ground turmeric;
- - 20 ml of olive oil;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Unpack the couscous and pour into a deep bowl. Rinse it several times in cool water. Pour ground turmeric into a bowl of couscous and pour a glass of boiling water, stir a little, cover and leave to brew for forty minutes.
Step 2
While the couscous is brewing, cook the vegetables. Peel the tomatoes from the leaves, if necessary, wash and dry. Cut into small cubes with a sharp knife. Wash the parsley in cool water and dry well, then chop finely. In a well-heated skillet with a little olive oil, lightly fry the tomatoes and cool.
Step 3
Add salt to the steamed couscous to taste and stir lightly, then add chopped parsley and sauteed tomatoes and stir again. Season the finished dish with a little olive oil and lemon juice, black and red pepper before serving.
