- egg - 1 pc.;

- flour - 120 g;
- strawberries - 250 g;
- vanillin;

- butter - 170 g;
- heavy cream - 180 g;
- sugar - 1 tbsp.;
- eggs - 2 pcs.;
- flour - 3 tbsp;
- strawberries - 300 g;
- apples - 2 pcs.

- flour - 1 tbsp.;
- sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- icing sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- butter - 150 g;
- cream - 300 ml;
- yolks - 3 pcs.;
- gelatin - 15 g;
- wine - 200 ml;
- strawberries - 400g.
Instructions
Step 1
Recipe number 1
Mash the yolks and egg. Combine them with powdered sugar and gradually add sifted flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla to this mass. Then add whipped whites into the mixture, mix again.
Step 2
Put the finished dough in a cake pan, put the strawberries, cut into halves, on top. Bake the strawberry pie in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the finished product with icing sugar.

Sort the strawberries, cut them into pieces and lightly sprinkle with sugar, put on fire. Simmer the berries. Peel the apples and grate on a fine grater, add them to the strawberries and boil for 15 minutes. The result should be a fairly thick, but not overcooked filling.
Step 4
Mash the butter and sugar, combine the butter mixture with eggs and cream. Pour flour into the mixture and quickly knead the dough, refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 5
Divide the chilled dough into two unequal portions. Roll out the bulk and place it on the sheet. Place the filling on top of the dough. Roll out the remaining dough thinly, cut strips out of it and spread over the filling, pinch the sides of the pie.
Brush the strawberry pie with protein and place in the oven. Bake over medium heat until golden brown.

Melt the butter and combine it with flour and sugar, add water to the mixture and knead the dough. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator.
Step 7
Prepare the cream by mixing the cream, yolks and some of the powdered sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until thick. Soak gelatin in 4 glasses of water. In a small saucepan, warm 0.5 cups of water and pour in the swollen gelatin. Add dry wine to the saucepan and stir well, when the mixture begins to boil, turn off the heat.
Step 8
Roll out the dough and place in a mold, prick with a fork and bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Lubricate the finished cake with cream, put strawberries on it and pour over cooled jelly, put in the refrigerator for an hour.
