For 2 kg of berries, 400 g of sugar is taken. Strawberries are thoroughly cleaned of debris and stalks, washed, dried and chopped with a pusher or blender at low speed. Sugar is added to the mashed berry mixture, mixed, and the mass is transferred to a bottle for making homemade wine. Its neck is tied with gauze, and it is placed in a sunny warm place. On about the third day, the pulp that has emerged signals the need to drain the drink into another container with a water seal and leave for 3 weeks to ferment. After that, the bank is rearranged to a cool place for another month. Towards the end of the term, the wine is checked for clarification. When this comes, the drink is carefully bottled with a rubber hose and gauze or paper filter, so as not to raise the sediment. Glass containers are placed in a cool place for a week, after which the wine can be tasted.
