  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 100 ml of cream;
  • - 1 egg.
  • For cream;
  • - 200 ml of cream;
  • - 0.5 bars of white chocolate without additives;
  • - 500 g of strawberries;
  • - 3 eggs;
  • - 2 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - a pinch of vanillin;
  • - icing sugar;
  • - ground cinnamon;
  • - fresh mint for garnish.

Instructions

Step 1

Strawberry pie should have a rich flavor. Select ripe and fragrant berries, discarding rumpled and spoiled specimens. Rinse and dry the strawberries by sprinkling on a towel. Remember to remove the sepals.

Step 2

Prepare the dough. Beat butter with sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the egg and cream, pour the mixture into the butter and sugar mass. Stir everything until smooth and add the sifted flour in portions. Knead a soft plastic dough, roll it into a ball and refrigerate for an hour.

Step 3

Roll out the finished dough into a thin layer, place in a greased, fireproof split mold. To prevent the base of the strawberry pie from puffing out, pierce the dough in several places with a fork. Place the mold in the cold for a quarter of an hour. From the refrigerator, transfer the mold to an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake until the cake acquires a golden hue.

Step 4

Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Brush the dough crust with chocolate icing - the chocolate backing will become the basis for the strawberry pie.
