Progress does not stand still and today, thanks to the new kitchen technology, the process of cooking turns into a real pleasure. For example, chicken meatballs in a multicooker turn out to be very tasty and aromatic, and practically no effort is made.

Ingredients:

  • salt - 1 pinch;
  • fresh greens - 10 g;
  • spices - 1 tablespoon;
  • sour cream - 50 g;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • flour - 2 tablespoons;
  • egg - 1 pc;
  • onion - 1 pc;
  • chicken fillet - 500 g.

Preparation:

Start by making minced meat. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and pass it through a meat grinder along with the onion peeled and all excess.

Peel and chop the garlic with a knife. You can, if you wish, pass it through a meat grinder or press. Add half to the minced meat, and set the other aside.

Wash fresh herbs in running water, dry and chop finely with a sharp knife. Add to minced meat and mix well. Add 1 egg to make the chicken meatballs juicier.

Add a little flour, sprinkle with spices and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly, shape the meatballs with clean hands and place them in the multicooker bowl. Remember to grease the bowl with oil first.

Set the device to the "Fry" or "Bake" mode and fry the products on both sides. While the meatballs are fried, combine the leftover garlic and sour cream in a bowl. Salt to taste, add spices, pour in a glass of water or broth, mix well.

Now add the prepared sour cream filling to the multicooker, turn on the "Stew" mode and set the time to 60 minutes. Ready-made meatballs can be served, for example, with boiled potatoes as a side dish.
