Minced pork and beef - 500 grams, onions - 1 piece, garlic - 6-8 cloves, tomatoes in their own juice - 1 can (400 gr.), Salt, ground black pepper to taste, hops-suneli (or another favorite seasoning) - 1/2 teaspoon, vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Finely chop half of the onion and mix with the minced meat. Add salt, pepper and suneli hops. Knead the minced meat well and form the meatballs.
Step 2
Add some vegetable oil to the multicooker container. Place the meatballs and fry them on the "Baking" mode for 10-15 minutes. Do not close the lid of the multicooker.
Step 3
Close the lid of the multicooker and bake in this mode for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Place the tomatoes, finely chopped remaining onion and chopped garlic cloves to the meatballs. Add a little water and put the multicooker on the "Stew" mode. Small meatballs will be ready in 2 hours, larger meatballs in 2.5-3 hours.
