You will need the following products: 0.5 kg of minced meat, 1 onion, 10 chicken eggs, 100 ml of milk, 150 grams of hard cheese, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil, salt and black pepper to taste.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Break the eggs into a separate container, add milk, half grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Whisk the resulting mixture.

Chop the onion into cubes and stir in the minced meat. Add salt and pepper to the minced meat and fry it in vegetable oil.

Place the minced meat in a baking dish and pour the egg and milk mixture over it. Sprinkle the fritatta with the remaining cheese.

Bake the fritatt in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 20-30 minutes, until it is covered with a golden crust.

Casserole

You will need the following products: 0.5 kg of minced meat, 1 kg of potatoes, 300 g of mushrooms, 3 chicken eggs, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 0.3 liters of milk, 100 grams of hard cheese, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and black pepper to taste, aluminum foil.

Chop the onion into small cubes. Add onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until tender.

Rub the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the mushrooms into small wedges. Mix mushrooms with carrots, add salt and pepper and fry everything in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut them into small strips. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place half of the potatoes in it. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper. On top of the potatoes, place a layer of minced meat fried with onions, and then a layer of mushrooms stewed with carrots. Place the remaining potatoes in the last layer.

Combine the eggs with milk and pour over the casserole. Rub the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle on the potatoes. Cover the casserole with a sheet of aluminum foil.

Place the casserole in a preheated 180 ° C. After 50 minutes, remove the casserole and remove the foil. Place the casserole in the oven for another 10 minutes to form a crust.

You will need the following products: 0.5 kg of minced meat, 250 grams of mashed potatoes, 2 chicken eggs, 150 grams of hard cheese, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of semolina, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of potato starch, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, a few sprigs of fresh parsley, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of bread crumbs, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt and black pepper to taste, plastic food wrap in a roll, aluminum foil.

Wash and chop the parsley, finely grate the cheese, finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté the onion and garlic in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Add the egg, 50 g of grated cheese, starch and half of the parsley to the mashed potatoes, stir well. Spread the plastic wrap and place the resulting potato mixture on it in an even 1 cm thick rectangle.

Put the fried onions and garlic, the remaining parsley, semolina, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in the minced meat. Stir the minced meat thoroughly and make a narrower rectangle from the top of the puree.

Roll up the roll using the film. Then remove the foil and wrap the roll tightly in foil. Boil the meatloaf in water for an hour. When the roll has cooled slightly, remove the foil and roll in the grated cheese.

Put the roll on a baking sheet and bake it for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. Cut the finished roll into slices.
