Potatoes need to be washed, peeled, cut into slices. And mince the minced meat twice, pepper and salt, then roll it into a ball and beat it off, throwing it into a bowl with effort. The procedure is important for making the meat especially tender and juicy.

Cut the onion into half rings, put on a baking sheet or a large frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Place the steaks on it, as thin as possible, sculpted from minced meat. Sprinkle the meat with potatoes.

Mix mayonnaise with kefir or sour cream, add salt and pepper to the mixture, pour it over the roast. Put in the oven (already preheated to 200 ° C), bake for an hour.

Belarusian "sorcerers"

Before you start "conjuring" over this delicacy, stock up on the ingredients:

- 300 g minced meat (beef or mixed);

- 6-8 medium-sized potatoes;

- one egg and one onion;

- 1 tbsp. sour cream;

- fat (vegetable oil) for frying;

- salt and pepper.

Potatoes (washed and peeled) should be grated or chopped in a food processor until a liquid mass is obtained. It must be dehydrated by allowing the liquid to drain through a sieve. When this juice settles a little, return the starch that has settled at the bottom back into the potato dough, add salt and an egg there, knead the mass thoroughly.

Season the minced meat with onions (finely chopped), pepper and salt. The best option for minced meat: pork and half with beef: juicy and not too fatty. Now you can form cutlets or pies: roll the minced meat inside, a potato shell will remain on top. It remains only to fry these pancakes with a surprise in a frying pan, bringing them to a golden crust, put them in a clay or metal pot, pour sour cream and bake in the oven over low heat for half an hour.

Cheese casserole

Ingredients:

- 500 g of potatoes;

- 500 g minced meat (mixed);

- 100 g of cheese (hard);

- one carrot, two onions;

- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;

- butter, salt, pepper.

Peel and boil potatoes, make mashed potatoes using butter. Fry the minced meat without adding fat with carrots and onions (chopped enough).

Grease a deep frying pan with vegetable oil, put a layer of mashed potatoes, minced meat and again potatoes in it. Grease the top of the puff with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven, uncovered, for about 40 minutes, until a very appetizing, sunny yellow crust appears.
