Step 1
Rinse the rice well and then boil it until half cooked in salted water. Defrost, wash thoroughly and boil the chicken until half cooked. Leave the broth.

Cool the boiled chicken a little. Separate the meat from the skin and bones and cut into small pieces.
Add 100 g of grated or chopped cheese, 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream, minced garlic, finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Pour some stock into the bottom of a deep baking dish. Spread half (or slightly more) of the rice in an even layer. Spread the cooked chicken mixture evenly over the rice.

Cover the chicken with the remaining rice. Pour in broth (about 200-250 ml). Brush the top layer of rice with sour cream and lay out a layer of cheese (grated or thinly sliced).

Place in the oven (preheated to 200-220 ° C). Bake until the crust is browned as desired (20-30 minutes).
