Supermarket shelves beckon unlucky customers, but in the meantime, the question arises - are all products really of decent quality? Will they upset the buyer and his stomach?
Instructions
Step 1
The first sign of a delicious pineapple is its regular oval shape. Only from it can we say with confidence that this fruit has not undergone a decay process.
Step 2
The pineapple rind should be firm, free of chips, but slightly soft.
Step 3
The bottom of the pineapple should be completely dry. If this is not the case, alas, this fruit is not yet ripe.
Step 4
Pineapple's "green" should be thick and green. Yellowed or sparse leaves indicate a poor vitamin value of the fruit.
Step 5
By patting a pineapple with the palm of your hand, like a watermelon, you can determine the best fruit. If the sound is muffled, there is a ripe pineapple in front of you. An "empty" sound indicates a dry pineapple.
Step 6
Ripe pineapples tend to spread a sweetish-delicate aroma around. But do not take an overly smelling fruit - the strongest smell may indicate the beginning of the fermentation process.
