Mandarins are usually served at any festive New Year's table. But in everyday life, they are not assigned the last role - after all, these citrus fruits are full of vitamins!
Instructions
Step 1
Ripe tangerines have an attractive, uniform, bright orange rind. If you take yellow tangerines - you can run into unripe, if you take too dark - on the missing.
Step 2
The color of the pulp should in no way be inferior to the color of the peel. Otherwise, we can talk about the wrong storage temperature and about the use of pesticides during cultivation.
Step 3
A porous skin is a sign of a good, quality fruit. This tangerine was grown in the right conditions and received enough sunlight, oxygen and water.
Step 4
If you lightly squeeze a ripe tangerine, it will spray its juice on you.
Step 5
Ripe tangerines, after pressing, easily return to their previous shape. In no case should you take crumpled tangerines.
