    • - 1 lemon;
    • - a pinch of salt and ground black pepper.
    • For the squid straw:
    • - 400 g of squid carcasses;
    • - 85 g each of corn starch and wheat flour;
    • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of ground black pepper;
    • - 1 bunch of green onions;
    • - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce;
    • - salt to taste;
    • - vegetable oil for frying.
    • For sausages in bacon in German:
    • - 10 sausages in a natural casing;
    • - 10 thin slices of bacon;
    • - 150 g of tilsiter cheese;
    • - 1 lemon;
    • - 4 cloves of garlic;
    • - 1 teaspoon of mustard and honey;
    • - 1 pinch of paprika.
    • For beer curls:
    • - 500 g of puff yeast dough;
    • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
    • - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
    • - 3 cloves of garlic;
    • - 100 g of sausage;
    • - 50 g parmesan cheese;
    • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter;
    • - 1 pinch of basil and black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Smoked salmon appetizer Shape the bread slices into a rectangular shape. Cut the fish slices flush with them. Cut the onion into thin rings. Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze the juice. Combine green onions, cheese, zest and lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Step 2

Brush each piece of bread with the finished creamy mixture. Spread the pieces of smoked salmon on top. Then stack the sandwiches one on top of the other. Leave in the refrigerator for an hour. Cut into pieces approximately 3 cm in size.

Step 3

German style sausages with bacon Cut the cheese and bacon into thin strips. Cut the sausages into 2 halves lengthwise, put the cheese inside. Wrap the sausages in bacon slices and grill each for 5 to 8 minutes.
