Step 1

First you need to prepare the semolina. To do this, take the cereal, place it in a deep container, and add sour cream on top. Mix thoroughly. The mixture should be infused for 1-2 hours so that all grains of semolina have time to swell.

While the semolina is infused, you can do the rest of the ingredients. Place the whites and yolks of the eggs in a separate bowl. Add granulated sugar gradually. Next, add wheat flour, vanillin and baking soda. If desired, soda can be extinguished with a drop of vinegar. Use a blender or mixer to knead the dough, which should be a liquid consistency.

Add sour cream with semolina to the finished dough and mix well again. Coat the multicooker bowl with butter or vegetable oil. Take dry semolina and sprinkle the sides and bottom of the bowl. Place the dough in the multicooker, making sure to shake the bowl a little.

Step 4

Turn the multicooker to baking mode and cook the manna for about 40-50 minutes. The pie will be ready if no dough remains when pierced with a wooden stick. Carefully remove the finished manna from the mold. To do this, just turn the multicooker bowl onto a flat plate. On top of the manna, you can anoint with cream of sour cream and sugar, and also decorate with chocolate icing.
