It is necessary

  • - haddock (1 kg);
  • - tomatoes (5 pcs.);
  • - prunes (100 g);
  • - onions (1 pc.);
  • - vegetable oil (2 tablespoons);
  • - tomato paste (5 tablespoons);
  • - seasoning to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the haddock thoroughly and cut it into several large pieces.

Step 2

Pour water into a saucepan, bring it to a boil, soak the prunes in it and keep the berries in the water until they are steamed.

Step 3

Remove the skins from the tomatoes by cutting the stem of each vegetable.

Step 4
