Chicken breast is a healthy and dietary product that can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes. You can complement the delicate taste of chicken meat with the unobtrusive sweetness of dried apricots and the spicy aftertaste of pesto sauce.
Preparation of food
In order to cook chicken roll with dried apricots and pesto, you will need:
- 1 skinless chicken breast
- 75 g dried apricots;
- 30 g parmesan;
- 100 ml olive oil;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- 1 bunch of basil

Cooking chicken roll
Rinse the chicken breast thoroughly, dry it, then cut it into thin layers and beat off, the pieces should turn out to be quite thin. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Make pesto sauce. To do this, chop the parsley, basil, garlic and parmesan. Mix all chopped ingredients with olive oil. Rinse dried apricots well and chop finely.
