Let's prepare the chocolate to make the flakes. The chocolate must be melted in a water bath. Melt the chocolate over low heat and do not forget to stir it constantly. Then we leave the chocolate and wait for it to cool down a little. We take baking paper and put it on a baking sheet. With a tablespoon, spread 3 cm flakes of liquid chocolate. Place the baking tray with chocolate flakes in a cold place so that they freeze for about 24 hours.
Step 2
Cooking a biscuit. Let's get the chilled eggs out of the refrigerator. Separate the whites from the yolks. And beat with 100 grams of powdered sugar to make a lush foam. Sift the flour. Pour boiling water over the almonds, dry in a pan and grind. Now we mix everything carefully.

We put the finished dough in a pastry or ordinary plastic bag. Prepare a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let's draw two cone-shaped cakes on the paper. One cone is a large cake, the other is smaller. Now we squeeze the dough onto the outlined shapes. We heat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the cakes for 15 minutes. Then let the prepared cakes cool.

Let's prepare the cream. Grind the yolks with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Beat the whites. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt in a water bath. Mix the melted chocolate with the yolks, then add the whites to it. Beat the butter. Mix everything.
Step 5
We collect the whole cake. Take a dish, put a larger cake on it. We coat it with cream. On top of it, we define a smaller cake, also apply cream to it. We also spread cream on the sides and sides of the cake. Then we attach the chocolate flakes. They overlap, like shingles, like cone scales.
