Step 1
We prepare the sauce, constantly stirring it, take the butter, melt it in a deep frying pan, add the onion, lightly fry the garlic. Then add fish sauce and cream. If you don't have fish sauce, you can cook without it.
Step 2
Fry peeled shrimps, until golden brown over high heat in olive oil, pepper, salt.
Step 3
Pour the slightly undercooked pasta into the shrimp, fill it with the prepared sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Step 4
We continue to cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, so that the cheese is completely melted, that is, we bring it to a thick state and turn everything off. You can serve it on the table.
