To prepare a fragrant pumpkin dessert, you will need:
- flour - 2 glasses;
- ground allspice - ½ tsp;
- sugar - 1 glass;
- ground cinnamon - ½ tsp;
- ground cloves - ½ teaspoon;
- pumpkin puree - 1 glass;
- eggs - 2 pieces; - salt - ½ teaspoon;
- chopped nuts (peanuts) - ½ cup;
- dried fruits (raisins or dried apricots) - ½ cup;
- vegetable oil - ½ cup;
- baking powder - 1, 5 tsp;
- ground nutmeg - ½ tsp.
To prepare the dough, sift the flour, add baking powder, salt and all the ground spices, mix the ingredients well.

"Sun" - cold cuts with pumpkin
Pumpkin goes well with any meat dishes, it successfully complements and brings some piquancy with its delicate sweet taste. To prepare a cold cuts with pumpkin, you will need the following ingredients:
- pumpkin - 1.5 kg;
- pork - 300 grams;
- beef - 300 grams;
- chicken (fillet) - 200 grams;
- ginger root - 2 slices;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- dry red wine - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- water - 1 glass;
- green onions - a bunch;
- peppercorns - to taste;
- vegetable oil.
Rinse pork, beef and chicken fillets, remove films and chop into small pieces. Cut the pumpkin in half, free it from seeds and internal fibers, cut the skin and cut it into cubes. If the fruit is still tender, the skin can be left on.
In a deep frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil, peel a piece of ginger and cut it into thin slices with a vegetable cutter, fry until a tender crust forms in heated oil, then add the chopped pork and beef meat to the pan, stir, and then pour in the wine.
