The traditional picnic menu can be diversified with a lamb and eggplant dish. Such a dish requires little time to prepare, but it turns out delicious and appetizing.
It is necessary
- For minced meat
- - lamb pulp 500 g;
- - onions 2 pcs;
- - garlic 3 tooth;
- - parsley, dill, cilantro;
- - eggplant 3 pcs;
- - pepper, salt.
- For the sauce
- - olive oil 3 tablespoons;
- - garlic 2 tooth;
- - lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Wash the lamb, dry with paper towels, cut into pieces. Peel the onion. Rinse the greens well under running water.
Step 2
Pass the meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Finely chop the parsley, dill and cilantro and send into the minced meat. Add pepper and salt to the minced meat, mix everything thoroughly. To prevent the minced meat from falling off the skewers, it should be well beaten off. Then form dense meat cakes.
Step 3
Cut the eggplants into slices, add salt, and squeeze after 20 minutes. Skewer the meat and eggplants and fry the kebab until the meat is tender. Then brush it with a sauce made with olive oil, lemon juice and minced garlic. Serve with fresh vegetables.
