It is necessary
- - 1 kg of mussels in shell;
- - half a small onion;
- - 150 ml of cream;
- - 50 ml of water;
- - a spoonful of butter;
- - a spoon with a slide of dill;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly clean and rinse the mussels.
Step 2
Chop the onion and fry in butter until golden brown, add mussels and dill to the pan. Salt and mix well.
Step 3
Pour water and cream into the pan, mix, let the liquid evaporate a little. Cook the mussels over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 4
We turn off the fire, discard the unopened shells, and put the rest on a plate and pour with creamy sauce.
