High-quality pork liver is a tasty and healthy by-product. It can be used to prepare a variety of dishes - from pies to pies and casseroles. So that the pork liver does not taste bitter, you need to remove all bile ducts from the raw product, and add seasonings and spices during the cooking process.

- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - 150 g butter;
- - 500 g of pork liver;
- - 6-8 tablespoons of flour;
- - 100 g smoked bacon;
- - small onion;
- - 200 g of any salad (iceberg or romaine);
- - 150 g frozen green peas;
- - 300 ml of chicken broth;
- - 2-3 tablespoons of crushed mint leaves;
- - a pinch of powdered sugar (or to taste);
- - salt and pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
We put chicken broth on the fire so that it boils. Chop the onion, chop the bacon into small strips. We clean the liver of any veins and bile ducts, cut into 8 pieces of equal size, salt and pepper generously, roll in flour.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a frying pan, as soon as it starts bubbling, fry the liver on it for 3-5 minutes on each side, but not until tender. We transfer the liver to a plate.
Step 3
Add bacon to the pan, fry for a few minutes to melt the fat, add onion. Fry, stirring occasionally, for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Put the salad, cut into small pieces, into the pan, along with green peas. Pour in the boiling broth, return the liver to the pan and reduce the heat. After a few minutes, put the mint in the pan, salt and pepper to taste, add a pinch of powdered sugar if necessary, mix the ingredients and remove the pan from the heat. We serve the liver with broth on the table immediately in deep bowls or bowls.
