Broth ingredients
1. Pork meat on the bone, about two kg;
2. One head of onion;
3. Two medium carrots;
4. Two cloves of garlic;
5. Bay leaf, about three leaves;

8. Three pieces of cloves;
9. One thyme;

Cooking process
