Now is Great Lent. If you are fasting, then you should definitely try making this simple and delicious broth. It is prepared very simply. Plus, it's just a vitamin bomb. Suitable for cooking and as a puree soup (if you grind all the ingredients in a blender).
It is necessary
- - a saucepan with clean cold water - 1.5 liters (more, depending on how much broth you need);
- - onions (I had a red one) - 1/4 of an onion;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - zucchini - 0, 5 pcs. (if the fruit is small);
- - eggplant - 0, 5 pcs. (if the fruit is small);
- - greens (onion, parsley, dill) - a bunch.
- - a few cloves of garlic;
- - sweet peas - several pieces;
- - white wine (optional) - 100 ml;
- - salt to taste;
- - tomatoes (I have cherry) - 3-4 pcs.;
- - bay leaf - several pieces.
Instructions
Step 1
Coarsely chop all the chopped ingredients. Put everything in a saucepan of water, add spices and wine. Put on a low heat.
Step 2
When the broth boils, cook for 30 minutes (no more needed). The broth is ready. If you only need broth, then put the vegetables in a colander, you will no longer need them. You can even freeze this broth for later, but I haven't tried it. And can be used as a basis for lean soup.
Step 3
You can grind everything to the consistency of a puree soup and eat vitamins. True, not all of your household may like the unusual taste.
