The envelope will not allow the poultry meat to dry out, and the thin slicing allows you to cook this dish quickly enough. It is necessary

  • - 1 duck breast;
  • - 1 large bell pepper;
  • - 5 mushrooms;
  • - 1 head of fennel;
  • - 2 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
  • - ground black pepper, a small bunch of dill;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the duck breast into long thin strips.

Step 2

Chop the dill finely.

Step 3

Rub the duck meat with salt, pepper, olive oil, cut into thin strips.

Step 4

Wipe the mushrooms with a napkin and cut into small slices.

Step 5

Slice the fennel thinly.

Step 6

Take foil or parchment, place a layer of fennel on top of it, and put mushrooms on top.

Step 7

Spread the strips of duck breast on the mushrooms, cover with strips of pepper on top.

Step 8

Fold the foil or parchment neatly into an envelope, carefully wrapping the edges.

Step 9

Roast the duck in a preheated oven at a maximum temperature of 25-30 minutes. The cooking time depends on the power of your oven.

Open the envelope very carefully to avoid scalding yourself with the hot steam.
