Pork baked in the oven is always a tasty and satisfying dish. Therefore, it is often served on a festive table and for family feasts. In addition, it is quite simple to cook baked pork, which makes this dish versatile and loved by many housewives.

It is necessary

  • - 1 kg of pork;
  • - 500 g of puff yeast dough;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 2 onions;
  • - 1 orange;
  • - salt, black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

First, cut the onions into strips. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater.

Then rub the orange zest on a fine grater and squeeze out the juice. Fry onions with carrots in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add orange juice and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Before turning off the heat, add the orange zest to the vegetables, stir and cover.

Now you need to prepare the pork. To do this, we beat it off with a kitchen hammer from both sides, having previously wrapped it in cling film or a plastic bag.

Then fry the meat in vegetable oil on both sides for 5 minutes.
