It is necessary

Step 1
Rinse a whole piece of pork under running cold water, you do not need to dry it. Put it immediately on a baking sheet, and so that the meat does not touch the baking sheet and, accordingly, is evenly baked on all sides, put wooden skewers on the baking sheet, and already on them a piece of meat.
Step 2
Peel the garlic, cut each clove lengthwise into 2-3 parts. Make cuts in a piece of pork and sprinkle the meat with garlic and peppercorns. Grind the bay leaf and mix it with salt. Sprinkle the meat with a mixture of salt and bay leaf, pour melted butter.
Step 3
Pour half a glass of hot water onto a baking sheet and place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. It is necessary to bake the meat for a rather long time, about 1, 5 hours, while every 10-15 minutes a piece should be poured with juice released from pork. Check the readiness of the boiled pork as follows: stick a knife into the piece, the juice should be transparent, and the meat should be pinkish.
