Oven-baked pork is a hearty and incredibly tasty dish that will brighten any holiday. In this dish, thanks to cheese and mayonnaise, the meat is soft, juicy and simply unforgettable.

- - Garlic 1 head

- - Carrots 2 pcs.
- - Cheese 200 g
- - Mayonnaise 150 mg
- - Potatoes 7 pcs.
- - Bow 4 heads
Instructions
Step 1
Take the fillet. Rinse it, then slice it. Don't forget to hit with a special culinary hammer!

Grate the cheese. Pass the garlic through a press.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into strips. Chop the onion into cubes.
Step 4
Place the meat on a baking sheet. Top with chopped garlic and onions.

Arrange the potatoes on top. Add cheese. Brush with mayonnaise.
