Diet dishes are not always bland and tasteless. It happens quite the opposite. Chicken roll can be prepared for the holiday not only for dieters, but also for dinner for the whole family.
Ingredients:
- 850 g chicken fillet;
- 150 g carrots;
- 50 g olives;
- 1 egg;
- 1 tsp turmeric;
- 1 tsp dried dill;
- 1 tsp mustard;
- 2 leaves of laurel;
- 4 allspice peas.
- Black pepper, salt to your taste.
Preparation:
- Grind the chicken through a meat grinder, add the egg, salt and black pepper. Mix everything well.
- Divide the minced chicken into 2 portions. We set aside one for now. And divide the second into 2 more servings. In one add turmeric and mustard, and in the other dried dill and stir both portions.
- Wet the work surface a little, put cling film on top. Wet it with water too. Put the minced meat with dill on a film with a height of half a centimeter. Put the minced meat with turmeric and mustard on top in the middle with a groove.
- Wrap the roll with foil overlapping on both sides. Tie the sides with a thread.
- Take the part of the minced meat we put aside earlier. And also divide it into 2 servings. In one add pre-grated carrots on a fine grater, and in the second finely chopped olives and a little dried dill.
- Similar to the last time, we spread the cling film, spread a layer of minced meat with carrots on it. Minced meat with olives grooved on it. Wrap in the same way as the previous roll.
- Next, take water into a saucepan with a suitable diameter and put it on the stove. Add bay leaves, allspice and salt to boiling water.
- Put our rolls in the water, cook until the minced meat turns white (15-20 minutes). Turn over periodically during cooking.
- When ready, take the rolls out of the water and cool slightly. Then remove the film from them. When the rolls are completely cool, put them in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Remove from the refrigerator, cut into pieces. Put a sprig of greens on the roll before serving.
