Cabbage soup is the food of the Russian people. They are cooked with both sour and fresh cabbage. Cabbage soup cooked in a slow cooker turns out delicious, aromatic, rich.

It is necessary

  • • beef on the bone - 800 g,
  • • potatoes - 200 g,
  • carrots - 100 g
  • onions - 2 pcs.,
  • tomatoes - 5 pcs.,
  • cabbage - 500 g,
  • bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.,
  • canned white beans - 400 g,
  • vegetable oil - 4 tbsp. l.,
  • salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat thoroughly, lower it into the multicooker bowl. Pour in 1.5 liters of drinking water. Dip the whole onion, add a spoonful of vegetable oil. Add seasoning for the broth if desired. Set the "stewing" mode on the multicooker, cook for 2 hours.

Step 2

By the time the broth is ready, prepare the vegetables. Wash everything, grate the carrots, finely chop the onion, cut the pepper into strips. Grate the tomatoes, remove the skin.

Step 3

Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil, fry the onions in it. When the onion is translucent, add the carrots to the skillet.

Step 4

Add bell pepper to almost ready-made vegetables in a pan. Fry for 2 minutes, then add the tomatoes. Simmer all together for a few minutes.

Step 5

Chop the cabbage, dice the potatoes. Open the canned beans.

Remove the onion from the finished broth. Dip vegetables, salt and pepper. Re-set the "soup" mode, cook for 1 hour. Add garlic and herbs to ready-made cabbage soup.
