Fresh cabbage soup is a traditional Russian dish that is very popular with us. Hot and rich soup supplies the body with energy and is an excellent source of vitamins and minerals.   • - 500 g of beef;
  • - 4 medium sized potatoes;
  • - 450 g of fresh cabbage;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 1 head of onion;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil;
  • - water;
  • - salt, spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the beef into small pieces, put it in a multicooker bowl, greased with sunflower oil, and fry it for 30 minutes in the "Frying" or "Baking" mode.

Step 2

While the meat is fried, you need to finely chop the onion, chop the cabbage and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Add carrots and onions to the meat and fry all together for another 5 minutes in the same mode.

Step 3

Cut the peeled potatoes into medium cubes and the tomatoes into wedges. Put the chopped vegetables in a multicooker container along with chopped cabbage, mix everything thoroughly and fry everything together for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Sprinkle the fried ingredients with spices, salt and add hot water to the top mark. Set the "Soup" or "Stew" program on a multicooker and cook the cabbage soup for 30 minutes.

Step 5

After the end of cooking, pour the cabbage soup from fresh cabbage into plates, sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
